Several years back, while working in an insurance office, a close friend suggested that I get licensed so that I could offer insurance myself. I've found that the work is interesting and there is always much training to do to keep current with Continuing Education and products that are always evolving to meet the needs of the age we are living in.

Although I had not seen myself in this line of work, I now find that it suits me quite well. I get to help people, I am able to work from my home and set my own hours which ultimately reduces my stress level.

When I’m not working, I like to work on projects around the house, garden, spend time with my grandkids, read, lunch with friends and family.
